This is our Rooster Mystery. We were not expecting a rooster, and up untill a month or two ago, we did not know he was a rooster.

Mystery’s story is great, when we went to the hatchery to pick up the chickens we ordered, we were talking to a guy about the chickens. He had our box of little chicks and was talking to Betsy about the different breeds. One of the workers came up to the guy who was helping us with a small whitish cream colored chick and asked him, “what is this?”

The looked at him and said, “a chicken.”

“I know that – what kind?”

The guy helping us looked at breyson, and asked Breyson if he wanted the chicken. Breyson said yes and mystery went in the box.

When we got out to the car we noticed the 5 chickens one of each breed had amazingly turned into 11 chickens including the mystery one the guy gave breyson.
