Breyson's 6th Birthday

Sep 15, 12:05 PM

Breyson’s 6th birthday was pretty awesome. It started with a trip to the Build a Bear workshop curtesey of Grandama NeNe where Breysie got to pick out a bear and some stuff to go in it. In typical Breyson style he did not pick a bear – he picked a turtle. The turtle is awsome and Breys loves him. Green buddie is his name and he goes everywhere with us.

Next was the big birthday party. Breyson wanted a puppie theme, and he got one – complete with dog noses, dog ears, a stuffed animal adoption and some outside doggie games.

After the crazy kids challenge all of the kids were hoping for something along those lines. So we set up a dog race. Basically the kids would push a ball – with thier noses – through some cones, fetch a bone, and race to the finish. All with no hands, and on all fours. It was lots of fun.

Then the Pinata – they make these things really tough. We went through the line twice – with a softball bat – no blindfold. Finnaly Luke Blew the thing apart, candy everywhere. Luke kept beating the poor pinata until we have the picture of whats left.

The puppy adoption was very entertaining. The kids got to pick thier stuffed puppy, give a name and sign the adoption papers. The funniest part was Mr. Justin Dotson would swear each kid in after the paperwork whith stuff like. Repeat after me: “I will take care of my puppy, I will love my puppy, I will clean up the poop when my puppy poops on mommys favorite dress, I will not eat my puppies dog food, I will not throw my puppy in to dishwasher when he is dirty” stuff like that the kids loved it.

We played other games, pin the tail on the puppy, Cat, cat, Dog. other stuff. Its was a great day, great weather, great kids.

And a very spectial little boy who is 6 YEARS OLD.
